Shipping
Where we ship
NØVA currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8 USD for orders under $70 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 USD or more, based on the merchandise total after discounts and before tax. The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order.
Fulfillment and delivery
Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may ship from overseas. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Transit times vary by product, destination, carrier, and customs processing. Any delivery estimate shown is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. We do not currently offer an express-delivery service.
Tracking
We will share tracking information when it becomes available from the fulfillment partner. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created. Contact support@novacases.us if you need help locating an order.
Delays and cancellations
If we cannot ship within a stated shipment period, or within 30 days when no shipment period was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. We will obtain any consent required by applicable law. A shipping label alone does not mean an order has been dispatched.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your shipping address carefully before checkout. Email us as soon as possible if it needs to change; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an item is missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Returns
14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included parts. Screen protectors must not have been applied.
Start a return
Email support@novacases.us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; the address on a shipping parcel may not be the return address.
Return shipping and fees
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong phone model or finish. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked return service.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us assess the problem. NØVA will cover any required return shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable original shipping charges. The unused-item conditions do not apply to these claims. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges and cancellations
For an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm the correct model and available options. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies.
