Shopping with NØVA

These terms apply to purchases from NØVA at novacases.us. Our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy provide additional information about shopping with us. For questions, email support@novacases.us.

Products and compatibility

We sell phone cases and screen protectors. Select the exact phone model, finish, and any other required option before adding an item to your cart. A product name alone does not establish compatibility with every phone in that series. Phones and accessories shown for illustration are not included unless the product description expressly says so.

Some product images are studio visualizations. Color appearance can vary by screen and lighting. Camera openings, proportions, and details can vary with the model selected. Product descriptions and selected options define the item ordered. If an item materially differs from its description, contact us under our Return and refund policy.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. The price for your selected variant, shipping, and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout before payment. A crossed-out comparison price is not an additional charge. Offers apply as described at the time of purchase.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error prevents us from fulfilling it, we will contact you. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement; if we cancel an unfulfilled order after payment, we will refund the cancelled items and applicable shipping charges.

Delivery, changes, and returns

Orders are fulfilled through third-party partners and can arrive in separate packages. Shipping times and charges are governed by our Shipping policy. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Using the website

You must be legally able to make a purchase or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with its security or operation. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping. Our branding and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission.

Privacy and third-party services

Shopify hosts our store. Payment, delivery, and other services may be provided by third parties. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks. NØVA is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Apple.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms presented when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
